The data we process about you is stored within the European Union. All processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.

We collect the personal data needed to carry out our work for our customers. The personal data we process is primarily contact information such as names, telephone numbers and addresses.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To contact you if there are any problems with the delivery of your goods, or to fulfil our warranty

commitment.

We retain your data for as long as required to fulfil the purposes above or for as long as we are legally required to do so. Your personal data is then deleted.

Who has access to your personal data?

Your data is processed only by the relevant departments within the company. Data passed on to third parties is used only to provide you with the services mentioned above, such as freight forwarders in connection with delivery and tradespeople in connection with installation. We never pass on, sell or exchange your personal data for marketing purposes with third parties outside Arom-dekor.

 

How do we protect your personal data?

We have taken technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. We continually adapt our security measures in line with advances and developments in technology.
