ISO 14001
ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for environmental management systems. The ISO 14001 standard is based on 55 requirements that can be seen as components for successfully implementing an environmental management system. ISO 14001 is a way to focus on continually improving our company and its environmental management performance.
ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is a standard for quality management for business processes in a company or an organisation. A quality management system describes how an entity is continually improving and adapting its business operations to meet customer requirements.
The ISO 9001 standard is based on 7 principles:

- Employee engagement
- Process direction
- Improvement
- Fact-based decisions

GAZELLE COMPANY
Arom-dekor Kemi has met the criteria for the “Gazelle” award for three years. Consequently, we have also been awarded the title of “Master Gazelle”.
A Gazelle company must have:

A turnover in excess of SEK 10 million.

At least ten employees.

At least doubled its turnover, comparing the first and last fiscal year.

Increased its turnover each year in the past three years.

A combined operating profit for the four fiscal years that is positive.

Grown organically in all material respects, not through acquisitions or mergers.

Industry winners 2022
Every year, 'Branschvinnare i Sverige AB' in collaboration with 'Largest companies' selects the companies that receive the industry winner award based on the previous year's financial statements. An Industry Winner is a company that has surpassed its own industry's development in both sales and earnings. The company must also show a positive result. The average is calculated once a year and is based on all companies in the industry in question. On average, only 15% of Sweden's limited liability companies are receiving the award. The classification of sectors is based on the companies' SNI code*.
* SNI stands for Swedish Standard Industrial Classification and is based on the EU standard, NACE Rev.2An industry winner is a company that has surpassed its own industry's development in both sales and earnings.
